Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Marketzone Christchurch.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Marketzone Christchurch (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Marketzone Christchurch will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Marketzone Christchurch will either replace the Product at no charge, using new or working refurbished units or provide a full refund (store credits) excluding the courier / delivery charges.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Marketzone Christchurch is 180 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
2. Change of mind or your circumstances have changed.
3. Product compatibility.

What do you have to do?
1. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and we'll provide the most appropriate solution for you.
2. After our assessment and a replacement or refund (store credits) is offered, please courier the faulty product back to our base at your own expense. Once we have receive it, a new replacement will be send out or in an event of a refund, we will email the store credit digital code and you can use it to make purchases from our online store.
