Refund / Exchange Procedure Guide

Refund
1. Please make sure that the item you'll be returning back to us is in the same condition as when you receive it.
2. Have the item carefully packed and well protected. State your name and order number on the package.
3. Arrange for the courier at your expense and send the item back to us at the below address and please email us the tracking details.

4. When we receive the item back, we'll assess and after everything is good, we'll process your refund.
5. We'll refund the item cost (in store credits) excluding the courier fee paid into your NZ bank account. Please provide your bank details when submitting your request.

Exchange
1. Please make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you receive it.
2. Have it carefully packed and protected. Clearly state your name and order number on the package.
3. Arrange for courier at your expense, send the item to the below address and email us the tracking details.
